1. General Shipping Overview
At Vaelthar, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers around the world with a simple and customer-friendly shipping solution. To bring a better shopping experience, we provide 100% free standard shipping for all orders placed on our official Shopify store, with no hidden shipping fees or additional service charges for all customers regardless of order amount.
2. Order Processing Time
All received orders will be reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders submitted on weekends, official holidays, or non-business hours will be processed on the next available business day. During occasional order surges, the processing period may be slightly extended, and we will update the latest order status in a timely manner.
Once your order is confirmed and packaged successfully, we will arrange shipment immediately via our reliable third-party logistics partners.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
The delivery timeframe varies slightly based on the customer’s destination region. For regular off-seasons with stable logistics conditions, the standard delivery time after order shipment is 14–21 business days.
Please kindly understand that uncontrollable external factors such as remote regional transportation delays, temporary logistics route adjustments, bad weather conditions may lead to minor delivery postponements. We do not guarantee an exact delivery date but will try our best to ensure every package arrives within the estimated time range.
4. Order Tracking
After your package departs our warehouse, we will send an exclusive tracking number and real-time tracking link to your registered email address. You can monitor the transportation status of your package anytime through the tracking link. If you fail to receive the tracking email within 3 business days after order confirmation, please check your spam mailbox first or contact our support team for help.
5. Shipping Exceptions & Reminders

Incorrect Shipping Address: Customers are required to fill in accurate and complete receiving information when placing orders. Vaelthar will not be responsible for package loss or re-delivery costs caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Abandoned Packages: If the package is returned or abandoned due to the recipient’s personal reasons (refusal to receive, long-term unclaimed, etc.), we have the right to deduct the generated logistics cost from the refund amount for related orders.

Damaged/Lost Packages: In case of package damage or loss during transportation, please contact our support team within 48 hours after receiving the package (or confirming logistics loss). We will verify the issue and provide corresponding solutions including re-delivery or refund.
